Servletweb.xml配置示例

web.xml文件配置：

1. 配置默认首页。
2. 配置编码过滤器和拦截路径。
3. 加载springmvc.xml文件：配置监听器，指定文件路径。
4. 配置前端控制器。
5. 配置错误统一处理。
